August 18 -- 9th grade orientation August 24 -- 1st day of school http://schools.ccsd.net/silverado/ If you're going into 9th, click on the orientation link. My son doesn't start high school until mid September. = )

OMG I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS NEVADA TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! School starts on August 24th. OH I"M GOING TO BE A FRESHMAN! I'm really excited lol. I think the orientation is August 17th. Good Luck in High school :D
